Almost end of Jan... wow dun u tink dat was fast?? well today ive got to go to an engagement ceremony which i was invited via sms (can u believe it!!) and i received it on Thursday midnite which was already Friday (do u get me so far??) but ive been informed 2 weeks before. So i made an arrangement to mit dian, & we'll be going there together. we agreed on meeting up @ 5:30 pm as dian hv to meet her fren to get sumtink. i was already at Tampines (which was ard 5pm) when i received a msg dat she will be late & dat she could make it by 6pm... so ok, mit up @ 6 then....
when my watch shows 6pm, dian still on her way. (wat the hell) she claimed she's in the cab & not sure where the driver is taking her, wat she was trying to say dat, she will be LATE AGAIN!! and dat drags till almost 7:30pm.. zul hweva refused to believe her & says she's trying to make up a story! to make it short we met her at ARanda Country Club(this is where the engagement took plc... special sey)
As soon as we arrived Lenna (the one who got engaged) was so bz wit her posing every single minute, it was so 'kecoh' & quite grand ive to say. she looked stunning!! i approached her ,stretch out my hand and congrats her wit hugs & kisses. oh ya btw it was her bday as well, its like a 2 in 1 kind of celebration.. cool huh.. abt 1/2hr later dian left, as she got to mit yazid (her bf). Neway we made our way to the food reception (buffet style), my comment: it was a BIG & GRAND ceremony but in regards in maintaining the food quality,quantity, it wasn't good. could be better if there's someone attending/maintaing the food. all i ate was 'belen2', and wasn't heat up, i guess so as the other guests...
Neway, lenna fiance appeard frm nowhere...jeng jeng wit a 3kg cake in his hand! phewit! as i showed to zul, he mite be lenna's fiance... he looked at dat particular guy and says "oh its him!!!" surprisingly they knew each other.. wat a small world eh..
Howeva, it was tiring sat but a memorable one for me... all the best to my fren, lenna & hope she'll get married soon..hehehe
