ZuL & SweeeT ChOc CaKe

This is it, the day im waiting for is finally here! Today zul's parents as well as his uncle & aunty will be coming to my lil house to ask for my hand in marriage (melamar) & at the same time get to noe my mum, relatives who gonna be involved in my wedding function early nxt year. Woke up at 7.30 am but still sleepy. i sat on the sofa, & i fell asleep again for abt 1/2 hr before mum start screaming (which really helps alot in waking me up) made my eyes were wide open, and out of a sudden i felt so REFRESH ! Help mum with the preparation in the kitchen, soon i heard someone at the door.. it was nenek and my aunty.. as more & more ppl occupying the space in my house, the more tense i get..
They'll be coming @ 3pm... my mind keep thinking wat shld i do when they're here, eh. Nobody advise me to do includng my mum... Mum herself was so stress out! mum however did disappoint me in a way dat made me teared secretly, i shall not talk abt it & let the matter be between me & Him. Neway zul side came with a small gift but means alot to me... i was perspiring all over, and i find myself LOST. At one pt of time they were saying about our customs, which shouldn't be forgotten and all i could remembered was told to come forward and zul's mum slot a ring into my tiny winny finger, and his dad commented it was hard to find a ring of my size, (pakcik pun sempat eh). I was actually puzzled, asking myself... "Is this an engagement??" while figuring it out, i forgotten to kiss her hand (salam), all i could muttered was thank you, & made my way to my room. i was really stunned, so can't really blame me for forgetting dat!
ZuL.... i need an explanation!! so i ask him wat is these all about, as i wasn't informed abt netink which causes confusion in me and dat ive told my uncles, aunties there'll be no ring involved, its only a discussion, aquaintence between both sides. so they've understood dat & when the ring came into the picture, i was lost for words... someone did backed me up for dat, zul's mum said dis was like a surprise and me myself didnt noe abt dis. her words did calm me for a moment, before uncles,aunties of mine start pointing fingrs at me!
Neway zul explains : It is sort of like an engagement but the ring was a gift frm his parents in acceptance of his proposal. & so its much more significant & greater than an engagement. :)
