Yesterday I took 1/2 day leave cos going to d&d yeah yeah yeah... really looking forward to dis day actually, dis my third year going to such occasion organised by Borneo motors; recap:last year my fiance won a washing machine for the lucky draw prize... hmmm not bad hah! best sey!

Reached Venue @ 6:30 pm
My stomach was growling... perhaps can't wait for dinner to be served. Upon reaching the entrance to the ballroom was greeted wit 2 gals doing the pole dancing, oh gosh wat the heck man! Of course guests were already hooked on gawking at the sexy dancers w/their skimpy clothes before entering the ballroom. My fiance seemed not kinda interested although im the 1 who showed him wats happenin at d corner(perhaps im there, so better avoid trouble w/me heheh). He merely took a glance and went to collect the door gift instead(well im glad he did or else..)Btw, fyi the theme for dis d&d was Dance Idols, but still, i tink there is no need for those pole dancers. Alrighty got our seats w/his colleague & his wife. Feel abit awkward which i myself dun noe why.. Sitting next to his wife made my smile to a giggle & my giggles to a loud 'blast' laughter. She was the hyper type, & if possible every single game she wants to participate, very sporting. she's dat kind who get so excited so easily and very open minded. she always got sumtink to say & can't stop talking! But i like her, she's somebody who could get along w/ppl easily, quickly & doesn't bother wat ppl mite say although she made sum1 to frown seeing her hyper activity, perhaps dat sum1 felt uncomfy (haiya, its his another colleague wife) But i still tink she's cool.

Dinner @ 7:15pm
Finally dinner was served course by course which definitely not my kind of style. Neway should be thankful cos IM HUNGRY... First dish was a combination of food which consist prawns, baby squids, mixture of chicken & apple w/creamy gravy. The taste was fine but wasn't enaf to fillup my stomach. 2nd & 3rd dish was wat they col ayam kampung meaning village chicken & sambal prawn, the chicken taste even better but not the prawns though it sounds yummy,spicy & savoury. Nxt was the sweet & sour garoupa, naaah it sux & stinks too. Yucks! Last two dishes was fried rice, and mixed veggies (like the chap chai kind.. i like) These were infact the best among all. As for the desserts we had blueberry cheesecake...

Dance Idols etc
As the theme was dance idols, they've actually organised a dance competition for the staffs. Highlites: Para para sakura team
Consists of 6 partcipants which are men (in reality) but dressed in women's. Their costumes were those of the japanese gals wore(checkerd mini skirts & stockings) & not forgetting their hairbands. Had a gd laugh seeing them dancing the para para number. They won! amazing!
Lucky draw top prize : Panasonic home theatre + 42' Plasma tv.
Unfortunately we didn'y win any, better luck nxt time i guess! Show ended @ 10:30pm but still people could dance their way till 12 midnyt, we stayed till 11 and watched people dancing like crazy, w/differnt styles & patterns, jumping like monkeys & even i like the ultraman fighting skills... Just imagine dat! Made my way outside & could see couple of ppl lying on the sofas due to them drunked & 1 was dragged out frm the toilet cos he fainted due to the same reason....
Summary: Dis was the nite u had fun & the fun had u!
But not me, dis time round the show was boring unlike the last 2 years...
