Its yet another ordinary monday w/its bluess....

On 1st shift today, w/o weiling who's on leave & xinhui who's on MC! MorNing Ppl : Me alone in frnt, siewching alone at back, GREAT! was counting down the time till 10:30am, cross my fingers & prayed dat aint much difficult, troublesome customer to handle. Things were gooood till a lady came in & as if ive got the whole day for her! "can help me this, can help me dat, dun mind can u..., thanks for ur help" *blah blah blah*. Spent almost 1hr for her to finish up deleting her contacts & transferring back to her NOKIA, can't believe dat a sweet young lady like her didn't noe how to use simple functions like dat, or is she the 'doesn't bother to noe type'?? And one makcik(auntie) is already waiting impatiently for her turn, all i could do is smile & signalled her to wait a little while more.

WaaaaaRrrrghhh!! so stress up! i feel like bursting... cos most of the customers today were those real pain in the ass. x700 customers were the most tough ones! tell u gonna hate panasonic handphones for making my life so miserable, difficult, unpleasant, intolerable, etc etc...
and it seems today ive made alot of mistakes of creating the best denki sets, as well as walk in jobsheet. Its just not my day! And another incident which really makes me sick was dat a customer of mine came to collect his phone & dat he requested to save the phone contacts for him. he checked & realised his phone contacts aren't inside, oh shit! fyi, there's 2 jobshts attached w/ differnt job no, so the newly opened jb sheet was on top of the previous jbsht which was written in BOLD w/marker by me : TO BACKUP PHONEBOOK. Calmly i approached william, the technician assigned for explanation. he said he didnt see wat was written & dat the new jbsht doesn't indicate, william ask eileen. eileen look for viki as she's the one who create the new jbsht. she's like putting the blame on viki, but i tink we're not in the wrong as technicians just need us to create a new jbsht so dat they could draw parts, other than dat its not our problem nemore.. am i right to say this?? cos its not the 1st time, n wat eileen simply say was "oh, its coverd so we can't see wats written on the other jbsht". c'mon dat shouldn't be the way, u should play ur part, be xtra careful, dun take tings for granted & BE RESPONSIBLE!

we're the 1st ones who served the customers & dat customers will still look for us if there's sumtink wrong @ the back there!
Are we the one's to be blame, or do we deserved to be blamed?? sumtink have to be done......
