Finally its Friday!! yeah yeah yeah...
My day wen on smoothly till i receive a phonecol frm a customer.... As usual greeted him, he wans to chk his job status. Wen checked his hp was not repaired yet cos there's no sparepart for it & so he started his nonsense!
Cust: so how? i dun hv a sparephone to use.
Me: In dat case, we could loan u a set 1st while waiting for the sparepart to arrive. but the loan set is an old model.
Cust: oh dats fine
Me: so sir, wen will u b coming dwn to get ur loan set?
Cust: huh! wat?! so u expect me to cum dwn again! ask u, hw many times must i cum dwn to ur centre? do u noe dat ur plc is so inconvenient! u wan to pay for my carpark izzit?
Me: but i thot u wanna hv a loan set rite?
Cust: I WANT MY SET BACK.
Me: But sir ur set is waiting for sparepart, cos they got no stk for it at the moment.
Cust: I DUN CARE! I wan my hp back! (started to condemn ACCS for their work which landed dem in hot soup)
Me: So u mean ure getting it back w/o any repair?
Cust: eh! i tell u wat! IM GONNA SUE U! i tink i dun wanna tok to u, col ur superior, manager or ur GM oso can!
Me: But sir im just asking u a question, btw manager is out for lunch.
Cust: i dun care!
Me: Hold on (ask vki for help & acknowlege susan abt dis idiotic cust. Susan handled frm there on, and in the end decided to exchange a new set by nxt wed)
Dis kind of people really sux my blood to the very end, wat hv i done to get sued, threatening me izit! oh purlease i dun own u a single cent, u wanna sue me for wateva for? if u wanna sue the co go ahead but really its none of my bloody biz. Be careful & mindful of wat u said cos u mite get sued instead! Simply rude,discourteous,impolite & the best ting u spoil my day! hepi?! i hope so! cos i tink dis is wat ure trying to achieve!
