Disturbing + Shocking = I could only smile
I logged into my friendster and I received a msg frm a stranger. He claimed he knew a friend of mine and was asking abt her condition. The msg was a disturbing one. I was asking myself, should i reply this fella? Oh wait..I should ask this fren of mine 1st as she's a no stranger to me. I send her an sms for clarification. She replied wanting me to block that person and don't replied him a single word. She said he's a psycho. So as not to make tings worst, I do wat she said.
I received another SMS frm her. Her SMS read : Yan, I wanna tel u sumting. But u hv to promise me dat you will not tell the rest pls. My heart was beating pretty fast. I was afraid to know, i feared that wat dat stranger was mentioning abt her was the truth. She SMSed me back, saying it got nuthin to do with that 'psycho'. DAT was such a GREAT relieve! Awhile later she called me on my mobile. She said "i got married last FEB and im due nxt mth." I'm lost for words for a moment. But at the same time im excited that she's carrying a baby boy. I really didn't know how to react! Our converstion was full of laughter & giggles. No harsh words frm me. Cos wat done can't be undone..i'm proud of her in a way, she wanna nurture that baby rather go for another option. And face the music & move on... Hope everything will go smoothly for her & the baby..For nw let's just keep on smiling!
